Appointment Policy

We welcome walk-in clients, but appointments are preferred. Walk-in clients, including emergency cases, are subject to an additional $50 walk-in fee. Because walk-in clients typically need to wait a while for veterinarians to become available, we highly recommend scheduling appointments in advance. Please give us a call for more information.

Patient Arrival Policy

If you are new to our office, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can serve you more efficiently.

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Payment Policy

Payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).
